Instructions and terms

Reservations will be handled on a “first come, first served” basis. Each form is to be filled in individually by one participant only. If you have problems completing the online form, please contact the conference secretary.

Students are requested to send a copy of their student certificate or signed letter from the PI to erm2019@helsinki.fi

Payment methods

Secure online credit card payment with one of the following cards: VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard or American Express through the NETS credit card service company.

Cancellations of registrations

Cancellations should be communicated by email to the conference secretary. For cancellations made before August 12, 100 % of the fee will be refunded. For cancellations made between August 12 and August 30, 50 % of the fee will be refunded. No fees will be refunded for cancellations made after August 30. A processing fee of €50 will be deducted from all refunds. Reimbursement will not be given for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the conference. The participant can be changed on or before September 6 for an extra charge of €50.

Letters of invitation

The Conference Secretary will send you a letter of invitation upon request, after the conference registration payment has been received.
