Patrick Henry was one of the founding fathers of the United States, who is remembered for the dramatic statement “Give me freedom or give me death”. This statement was on our minds when we decided to open a cocktail bar on the Erottajankatu street in 2011. In the end, it really happened, and the rest is history

At the Cocktail Bar, we follow the philosophy of pure ingredients and handicraft, and we make everything ourselves, from syrups and cheeses to decorations. The cocktails change according to the seasons and are strongly based on seasonal thinking and the latest trends in the industry.
